Background

 

So I was always pretty active growing up: attempted t-ball and that was well - unsuccessful then got swept away with dance. I pretty much danced my entire way through elementary school, middle school, and my first year of HS. Throughout HS and college I cheered and coached cheerleading. In addition to coaching I also went to the gym regularly but was pretty much a lost puppy in the gym - wondering from machine to machine and picking what things I liked to do instead of having a set plan! It wasn't until after I had kids that I realized I truly need a PLAN & SUPPORT! In comes Beachbody! I first did P90X with my husband in our living room and lost all my baby weight - I was content and happy and went on to have two more kiddos within 14 months! After my third well lets just say it wasn't as easy! I committed to T25 and was amazed and shocked at my results - not only just the weight, but my appearance, my attitude, and overall health! From then on I have been dedicated to not only my own health but to others health as well. I'm still on my journey and I'm still learning and growing every day! 

Home Life

 

I'm a stay at home mom of 3 little ones. Time is of course like everyone else very limited! Between taking kids to school, doctor appointments, field trips, baseball, my own appointments, cooking dinner, doing laundry, grocery shopping, taking care of bills, cleaning the house....oh and taking care of myself (brushing my teeth, showering, eating, & working out) - time just isn't there! I have found ways to incororate ME time into my hectic day because in reality if I don't take care of myself I can't take care of my family!
