Egg Muffins

Breakfast Egg Muffins
Ingredients:
-12 eggs or 1 large carton of egg whites
-Veggies of your liking (mushroms, green peppers, onions, spinach)
-Cupcake/Muffin Pan
Directions:
-Heat Oven to 350degrees
-Spray pan with nonstick spray/grease
-Mix eggs in mixing bowl
-Fill 1/4 full of mixed/chopped veggies (I used onions, green peppers, & mushrooms)
-Fill the rest up with eggs (they don't rise very much so you can fill to top.
-Bake for 20-25 minutes
